Structure and characteristics of screw grouting pump:
The grouting pump has a novel structure and unique concept; Avoiding the difficulty of injecting thick slurry, it is safe,
convenient, and efficient to use. This machine is mainly composed of a transmission device, operating mechanism, slurry
conveying body, boosting worm, boosting stator, pressure measurement, hopper, electric control system, etc. When used for
spraying protection, an additional spray gun must be configured, and its characteristics are as follows:
1. Screw grouting is easy to maintain, highly reliable, uses imported electrical appliances, screw type principle, stable
pressure without pulse and adjustable.
2. Screw pumps are commonly designed with wheels, easy to move, adjustable pressure, high horizontal conveying distance
and head, especially suitable for high slope grouting construction.
3. The screw grouting pump has a wide range of water cement ratio and a large grouting displacement, making it
particularly suitable for thick or paste slurries with high concentration design requirements.
4. Spiral internal meshing technology has a large grouting displacement, high pressure, low energy consumption, and can
continuously grout, avoiding excessive instantaneous pulsating pressure from piston pumps or plunger pumps.
5. Passive pressure boosting, when the slurry is filled, the pressure gradually increases, making it easy to control and
maintain the grouting pressure, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and easy to clean.
6. Screw boosting technology, passive boosting, easy pressure regulation; After the grouting pressure reaches the design
pressure, it can be reversed for pressure relief, and later maintenance is simple and easy to learn.
7. The screw mortar and thick slurry are smooth and non clogging, and the nano material of the stator has good wear
resistance. After wear, it can be reverse installed and continue to be used, with a lifespan 3-5 times longer than that of similar products.
8. Users can provide their own air compressors and spray guns, which can be used as the bottom layer and cover layer of
inner and outer walls, such as putty powder, diatomaceous earth, and various types of wet mortar spraying operations.
